The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aged about 65 years and is unnecessarily troubled by the 5th respondent at the behest of respondent Nos.6 to 8. 2 3. Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is troubled by the 5th respondent and detaining him at the Police Station from morning to evening even though there is no case registered against him, the 5th respondent is directed to not to disturb the peace of the petitioner without following the due process of law. 4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed off. There shall be no
