The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents 2 to 6 are not considering the representation of the petitioner and that the unofficial respondents are trying to trespass in the petitioner’s land. 2 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the 6th respondent has passed an enquiry and also visited the disputed land on 21.03.2025 and that he also secured the presence of the respondent Nos.8 to 10, 12 and 13 and recorded their statements.
