The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are troubled by the 3rd respondent at the behest of 4th respondent. It is submitted that the 1st petitioner’s son is married to the 4th respondent and there are some matrimonial disputes between them. It is also submitted that 2 the petitioners are residing away from the family life of the 4th respondent and her husband. 3. Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioners, the 3rd respondent is hereby directed to not to disturb the peace of the petitioners, without following the due process of law. 4
