The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 6, upon written instructions, submits that the 6th respondent has registered the case against the husband of the petitioner and cited him as 2 Accused No. 1 in Crime No. 52 of 2025 for the alleged offences under Sections 329(3), 324(4), 351(2) r/w 3(5) BNS of Thondangi Police Station. 3. Recording the submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, nothing further is required to be adjudicated on the merits. 4. Accordingly, this Writ Petiti
