The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the respondents 3 and 4 are interfering in civil disputes and are pressurizing the petitioner to stop construction of the house at the behest of 3rd respondent. 3. Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioners, the 4th respondent is hereby directed to not to disturb the peace of the petitioner and not to interfere in the civil disputes, without following the due process of law. 4.
