The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are alleged to have been threatened to settle family dispute with the 6th respondent and the respondent Nos.4 and 5 are calling the petitioners to settle the family dispute though there is no crime registered against them. 2 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the 5th respondent has registered a case in Crime No.22 of 2025 against the petitioners for the alleged offences under Sections 85 of BNSS Act read with Section 3 and 4 of DP Act.
