Raghunandan Rao) The petitioner has approached this Court, with a complaint that her husband has been illegally detained by the respondents 4 & 5. It is the case of the petitioner that, her husband was arrested, on 16.03.2025, in Crime No.104 of 2025 registered with the 4th respondent, for alleged offences under Sections 196 (1), 352, 353 (1), 353 (2), 61(2) (a) of B.N.S. read with 66 & Section 43 of of the Information Technology Act. A contention is raised that the said arrest is 2 RRR,J & Dr.KMR,J W.P.No.7257 of 2025 in violation of the provisions under the B.N.S.S. Act and more specifically in violation of Sections 47
