A CHANDRAVATHI The Court made the following Order: The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the 4th respondent is repeatedly calling the petitioner though there is no crime registered against him. It is also stated that the respondents 3 and 4 are coercing the petitioner to execute registered sale deed in respect of the property, which is in the name of the petitioner, apart from the payment of cash to the 5th respondent. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, on instructions, submits that, on the complaint received from the 5th respondent, the 4th respondent has made preliminary enquiry and after the enquiry, it is found tha
