The above writ petition is filed assailing the action of the 3rd respondent in not renewing/reissuing the passport, in pursuance of the petitioner‟s application No.HYJ077391494325, dated 11.02.2025, is illegal and arbitrary. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the passport authority issued a passport bearing No.N1244085 dated 27.07.2015 for 10 years to the petitioner, and the same will expire on 26.07.2025. Before the 2 expiry of the pass
