The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not registering an FIR despite the written complaint dated 30.12.2024 against the unofficial respondent. 2. The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that no representation has been received by the Station House Officer, Chilaklapudi Police Station, Krishna District, as there is no endorsement on the said document filed along with the writ petition. 3. The petitioner shall make a fresh representation to respondent No.3, and upon receipt of such representation, the 3rd respondent shall follow the p
