It is the case of the petitioner that the detenue had been taken into custody by the police, on 06.03.2025 and had not been produced before any Magistrate by the time of filing of the Writ Petition. 2. Learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the detenue had been taken into custody, on 16.03.2025 and produced before the II Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada, on 17.03.2024, in 2 Crime No.34 of 2025.
