The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the disputed amount or the alleged amount involved in the crime under investigation by respondent No.2 is Rs.13,00,000/-, and the lien of Rs. Rs.4,00,000/- was already marked by the Cyber Police Department in relation to the alleged disputed transaction. 3.
