The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4. 2 3. Considering the submissions, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition at the stage of admission directing the 4th respondent not to interfere in civil disputes between the petitioners and respondent Nos.5 and 6. It is also made clear that the 4th respondent shall not disturb the peace of the petitioners without following the due process of law. 4. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition is disposed off. No order as to costs.
