P NARAHARI BABU The Court made the following order: The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are trustees of Balli Katte Erappa Swamy and Siddeshwara Temple situated at Gollahatti Village, Rolla Mandal, SPSR Nellore District. It is submitted by the learned counsel 2 appearing for the petitioners that for past several years’ the possession of the fully decorated deity will be taken throughout the public streets peacefully and reaching the Konkal tank, which is about 3 or 4 miles from the Village. After the holy bath, the deity is brought back to the Konkal tank and the surrounding Villages witnessed the festival. This practice has been ongoing for several decades. However,
