The petitioners claim that they have filed suit in OS No.150 of 2023, on the file of Junior Civil Judge, Venkatagiri against respondent Nos.5 to 7 seeking partition of the suit schedule property. It is further case of the petitioners that pending the suit, the 7th respondent herein made application seeking to mutate his name in revenue records over an extent of Ac.5-06 cents in Sy.No.1245-2 of Korumitta Village, Rapur Mandal, SPSR Nellore District along with other properties. 2. Apprehending that the 4th respondent may consider the application filed by the 7th respondent, petitioner approached this Court seeking a direction not to mutate the name of 7th respondent
