She further claims that she approached the then Tahsildar-4th respondent for issuance of caste certificate and after conducting due enquiry as per law, the 4th respondent issued ST (kammara) certificate on 10.11.2004. Pursuant to the notification No.76/TRC-1/2018, dated 26.10.2018, issued by the 2nd respondent, she applied for the post of Hindi-Pandit (GPA). As she got through the examination in pursuance of the said notification, the 3rd respondent issued call letter dated 14.02.2020, informing her to appear for verification of original certificates at Kakinada.
