GP FOR HOME The Court made the following order: The writ petition is filed challenging the inaction on the part of the 4th respondent in registering a complaint given by the petitioner. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the police have registered the case against the petitioner, on the complaint of the unofficial respondents and then police have also registered the case against the unofficial respondents after receiving complaint from the petitioner. It is also submitted that on 28.12.2024, vide proceedings in MC No.50 of 2024, both the parties were called before the Mandal Executive Magistrate, Rajupalem and bind over proceedings were issued. 3.
