GP FOR HOME The Court made the following Order: The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent Nos. 2 to 5 are disturbing the peace of the petitioner at the behest of respondent Nos. 6 to 8, and that the petitioner is repeatedly called to the police station for settling the civil dispute between the petitioner and respondent Nos. 6 to 8. 2. Considering the same, this Court is inclined to dispose off the writ petition at the admission stage by directing respondent Nos. 2 to 5 not to disturb the peace of the petitioner without following the due process of law. 2 3.
