It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there are political differences between the petitioners and the respondent Nos. 4 to 8 and on account of their differences they are instigating the 4th respondent to trouble the petitioners. 3. At the instances of the respondent Nos.4 to 8, the 3rd respondent is frequently calling the petitioners to the Police Station and disturbing their peace. 4.
