The case of the petitioner is that the alleged detenu was detained from 03.03.2025 while his actual arrest was shown from 05.03.2025. It is further submitted that the detenu has been released, as the Magistrate before 2 whom he was produced had declined to order remand of the detenu because intimation of arrest had not been served on the family members or relatives of the detenu. 3.
