M BALASUBRAHMANYAM The Court made the following order: The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the 1st respondent in not keeping the lands admeasuring an extent of 11.89 cents in Sy.No.471/2, an extent of Ac.1.93 cents in Sy.No.466/A1 and an extent of 0.24 cents in Sy.No.391 of Pesaravai Village, Gadivemula Mandal and Kurnool District, in the dispute register, in spite of pending the suit vide O.S.No.651 of 2021, on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Nandyal between the petitioner and the 5th respondent. 2. After arguing the case for some time, the counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to pursue his remedies in the suit vide O.S.No.651 of 2021.
