The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that admittedly there are civil disputes pending between the petitioner and the 6th respondent and that the 6th respondent has prevailed upon the 5th respondent to pressurize the petitioner to settle the disputes between the petitioner and the 6th respondent.
