Being aggrieved by the action of the 2nd respondent in not disposing of the application filed by the petitioner seeking maintenance under 2 the provisions of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, the instant Writ Petition has been filed. 3. It is contended that after the death of the petitioner’s husband, the petitioner performed the respective marriages of her children, who are now settled in their lives but are not taking care of her. As a result, she approached the 2nd respo
