GP FOR CIVIL SUPPLIES The Court made the following ORDER: The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the endorsement dated 29.11.2024 in Rc.S.G.232/2024 of 3rd respondent by cancelling the fair price shop dealership held by the petitioner at Mudivarti Village of Vidavalur Mandal, SPSR Nellore District without there being any valid reason, and withoutthere being any valid reason and without following any procedure under law as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14, 19(1)(g) of the Constitution of India and also violative of A.P. Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2008 and principles of natural justice and set aside the same 2 and direct the respondent Nos.3 and 4 to continue the petitioner to hold fair price shop dealership for Shop
