It is alleged in the complaint that the petitioner is cultivating her agricultural land admeasuring Ac.2.28 cents, which was purchased by her and that since 2021 she is cultivating the said land. On 06.11.2024 the Kuppam RESCO Staff came over to the agricultural land of the petitioner and disconnected the electricity connection to the bore well.
