The petitioner is challenging the in-action on part of the respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not registering the crime on the complaint submitted by the petitioner dated 27.01.2025 and 05.02.2025. It is submitted that the 4th respondent had issued two cheques for an amount of Rs.29,00,000/- and Rs.25,00,000/- towards the amounts repayable to the petitioner and that the cheques were dishonoured with an endorsement funds insufficient. The petitioner had filed CC.No.2038 of 2023 and CC.No.2037 of 2023 on the file of V Additional Magistrate of First Class, Nellore for the offence punishable under Section 138 of NI Act.
