The present Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the Respondent No.2 in resorting to construct the Water Plant in Sy.No.186/1 & 2 of Banaganapalli Village & Mandal, Kurnool District, which is earmarked and being used as burial ground and further action of the Respondent Nos.3 & 4 in not taking any action to protect the said burial ground, as illegal and arbitrary and to pass such other orders. 2. As per the averments made in the Writ Affidavit, the subject matter property was the Wakf property meant for Muslim burial ground, in which the Responde
