The present Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the Respondent No.2 in restraining the Petitioner from constructing the building as per the sanctioned plan vide 52/2013/G1, dated 08.05.2013 at the instance of Respondent Nos.3 and 4, as illegal and arbitrary and to pass such other orders. 2. As per the averments in the Writ Affidavit, the subject matter property was owned by the Petitioner under a registered Partition Deed dated 12.09.2012. The grievance of the Petitioner is that the Respondent No.2 had orally directed the Petitioner not to proceed with the constru
