GP FOR HOME The Court made the following Order : The present writ petition is filed seeking release of vehicle bearing No.KA-56-5271 Mini Lorry belonging to the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said vehicle was seized in connection with the Crime No.198 of 2022 by the Station House Officer Gandepalli Police Station, Kakinada District. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader has submitted that the vehicle has been produced as a crime property before the Magistrate on 06.12.2022. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed off leaving it open to the petitioner to take steps in accordance with the provisions of Section 497 and 503 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023
