Raghunandan Rao) The petitioner approached this Court with the contention that he is married to the daughter of the respondents 6 & 7 and that they have forcibly detained her and are not allowing her to meet the petitioner. The alleged detenue is personally present before the Court. Upon being asked, she states that she is not interested in meeting the petitioner and that she wishes to stay with her parent. 2 In that view of the matter, nothing further survives in this Writ Petition and accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any
