On verifying the proceedings sheet, it is observed that, on 16.12.2021, it was brought to the notice of this Court that Sri S.D.Gowd, learned counsel for the petitioner passed away. Therefore, this Court directed the Registry to issue notice to the petitioner. In pursuance of the above order, 2 the Registry sent notice to the petitioner. Inspite of service of notice to the petitioner, on earlier two occasions, there was no representation for the petitioner. Today also, there is no representation for the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner has no interest to prosecute the case. 3. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed
