The facts, in brief in the affidavit, are that respondent No.9 is the owner of Ac.00-79 cents in survey No.87/2B, Padmapuram Village, Araku Valley, Alluri Seetha Ramaraju District (hereinafter referred to as „lessor‟). The lessor leased out the subject property to the petitioner (hereinafter referred to as „lessee‟), under registered document
