GP FOR HOME The Court made the following Order: The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is running Tea & Snacks Stall No.93 at NTR Bus Station, Guntur, and that the said shop was allotted vide order dated 08.07.2024 by the APSRTC. It is submitted that the 3rd respondent is interfering with the petitioner’s business, which is affecting the Fundamental Right to life. It is also submitted that the petitioner has validly obtained the lease from APSRTC to run the tea stall. Further, it is submitted that the petitioner started running the tea stall from 08.07.2024, and that prior to the petitioner, some other person was running 2 the tea stall in the said premises. It is further submitted that the 3rd respondent, at the behest of busine
