GP FOR HOME The Court made the following Order: The petitioner has filed the present writ petition challenging the inaction of the 3rd respondent in not providing police aid and protection to the petitioner. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed O.S. No. 7 of 2023 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge Court, Palamaner, Chittoor District. However, the unofficial respondent Nos. 4 to 7 are interfering with the peaceful possession of the petitioner. In this 2 regard, the petitioner has filed a complaint, and the unofficial respondents have also filed a counter-complaint against the petitioner, which is pending investigation. It is submitted that the unofficial respondents are interfering with the possession and enjoyment of the petition
