Raghunandan Rao) The petitioner, has approached this Court, with a complaint that her husband had been detained by the 4th respondent – Robertsonpeta Police Station, in Crime No.24 of 2025, on 28.01.2025, while the arrest was officially shown to have been done, on 31.01.2025.
