The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in threatening to dispossess the petitioners from their respective house sites 19E, 16A, 24E, 31, 30, 12A, 46A, 6C, 27, 28 situated in Sowbhagya Vijayaramapuram Layout in an extent of Ac.21.78 cents in Sy.No.310 and 311 of Adavivaram Village, Visakhapatnam District. 2. While ordering notice, this Court on 29.01.2021, directed the respondents not to take any coercive steps with regard to subject property for a period of two (02) weeks.
