Challenging the notice issued by the 5th respondent dated 06.08.2024 under Section 83 (2) of the Andhra Pradesh Charitable Hindu 2 Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987, the present writ petition is filed. 3. It is contended by the petitioners that they have raised certain Zinc Sheet Sheds, shops over the road margin of the main road of Atmakur, S.P.S.R.Nellore District, on the way from Sri Venkateswara Swamy Temple to Seenaiah Hotel. In the said shops, the petitioners have been running Tailoring and Barber shops.
