Challenging the action of the respondents in allowing the procurement of sand from Y.V.Palem and Bellempudi Sand Reach, which was causing damage to the petitioners' agricultural lands, the Writ Petition is filed. 3. Respondent No. 6 filed a counter affidavit. A perusal of the counter affidavit reveals that permission was granted for the excavation of sand in Y.V.Palem and Bellempudi Sand Reach for the period from 28.11.2016 to 27.11.201
