Being aggrieved by the action of the respondents in not releasing the petitioner’s Lorry bearing No.AP 16 X 0757, which was seized on 27.02.2017, the instant Writ Petition has been filed. 3. It is stated by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners that pursuant to the interim orders of this Court dated 25.04.2007, the said vehicle was released and no further orders are required to be passed in the present Writ Petition. 4. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petit
