GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following order: The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in trying to lay road over the lands of the petitioners suit in Sy.Nos.149, 147, 126 & 124 of Gurrampadu Village, Chennur Mandal, YSR Kadapa District, without initiating the proceedings under the Act 30 of 2013, and consequently direct the respondents not to lay roads in the said lands. 2. The 1st respondent, Tahsildar, filed counter affidavit stating that there is no such intention or proposal to lay road over the patta lands of the petitioners. 3.
