The tender was for supply of workers for a period of six months i.e., from 01.11.2017 to 31.03.2018. As the time specified in the tender lapsed, the cause in the writ petition does not survive. 3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
