The petitioner claims that she was granted DKT patta over an extent of Ac.4.15 cents in Sy.No.201-1 and an extent of Ac.0.85 cents in Sy.No.200-2 of Thirumalapuram Village, Yellanuru Mandal, Anantapuram District, vide DAR.Dis.No.4/1412, dated 06.09.2002. It is further case of the petitioner that, since the date of grant of patta, she is in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the subject lands and is eking out her livelihood by doing agricultural operations.
