The impugned order passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal1 in OA 556/2019 dated 2 August 2023 reads thus: “By virtue of the present OA, the applicant seeks the following reliefs: “A. Quash of the decision of respondent No.1 as communicated vide letter dated 05/ 10/2018 (Annexure- A) pursuant to the representation dated 04/09/2018 of the applicant in the light of order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India dated 20/08/2018 in Civil Appeal No. 8362/2018, B.
