The petitioner is seeking initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondents for alleged wilful defiance of the directions of this Court dated 10.09.2024. 2. Mr. Tushar Sannu, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents No.1 and 2 is present on advance notice and officials from the office of RTO 1 are present physically present in the Court on advance notice. 3.
