This petition has been filed by the petitioners, challenging the Order dated 27.08.2024 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi in O.A. No. 1537/2024, titled “Mohan Sharma v. Staff Selection Commission & Ors.”, allowing the said O.A. filed by the respondent herein and directing as under: “7. In our considered view, the ratio of the aforesaid Order applies to the facts of the present case as well.
