This special appeal is directed against order dated 23.01.2025 passed by learned Single Judge in Writ C No. 42936 of 2024 whereby the writ petition filed by the appellants seeking quashing of the proceedings before National Company Law Tribunal (in short, 'NCLT'), Allahabad Bench, Allahabad under Section 95(1) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (in short, 'the IBC, 2016') has been dismissed. 2.
