This intra court appeal under Chapter VIII, Rule 5 of Allahabad High Court Rules is directed against the judgment/order dated 28.01.2025, passed by the writ court in Writ-A No.10132 of 2024, whereby while dismissing the writ petition against the cancellation of the attachment order, the appellant/petitioner has been permitted to join her duties in her parent cadre i.e. District Unnao. 4. Having a glance to the U.P. Consolidation Departmental Ministerial and Draft Staff Service rules, 1980, it is amply clear that the appellant belongs to the subordinate cadre of District Unnao. Th
