An application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act has been filed seeking condonation of delay. 2. For the reasons indicated in the application supported by the affidavit, the same is allowed. The delay in filing the appeal is condoned. 3. This appeal is directed against order dated 12.04.2007 whereby the learned Single Judge issued a direction to the appellants to fill up the vacancies of General Category also in accordance with law as the same had not been filled up while issuing advertisement. The dispute pertains to filling of the posts of Jail Warden. 4.
