This appeal is directed against order dated 11.12.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in Matters Under Article 227 No.15232 of 2024, whereby in a petition filed by the respondent, interim directions have been issued. 2. The appeal is barred by 23 days. 3. An application seeking condonation of delay has been filed. 4. Office has raised objection that the appeal is not maintainable under Chapter VIII Rule 5 of the Allahabad High Court Rules, 1952. 5. Chapter VIII Rule 5 of the Allahabad High Court Rules, 1952 clearly stipulates that orders passed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India would not be appealable by way of special appeal. 6.
