This intra court appeal assails validity of the order dated 13.11.2024 whereby the learned Single Judge has dismissed the appellant's Writ-C No. 30941 of 2024 (Ashok Verma Vs. State of U.P. and 2 others) with certain observations. 3. The said writ petition was filed with a grievance that the petitioner- appellant, who happens
